The best experience of my life!!!! The staff was extremely polite, excellent customer service, the rooms were spotless, extremely quiet , available parking. Above all, most importantly, Debbie the general Mgr was extremely king, helpful, professional. She is outstanding!!! I wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!

Casual place to stay the night. Nice people. Right next to fwy, can be little noisy. Fairly comfy. Allows pets in some rooms. Pool & vending machines. Centrally located.

Friendly helpful staff. Had a ladder and moving cart on top of my vehicle and felt safe leaving it overnight. No deposit was required and they're extremely pet friendly so that's wonderful! Pluming was a bit clogged but the room was clean, quiet, comfy, and quite affordable especially for the area!

Clean, safe, affordable, and pet-friendly. This was my second stay at this location. The male night clerk is one of the kindest and most helpful people I've encountered in the industry. I was skeptical about using the app but it makes reserving a breeze, and usually save about $10-15 a night.

We were in 106. I liked the room a lot for the most part and it was a great place for me and my two pets to stay. It felt clean and safe. I liked that you had coffee each morning. I did not like that there was no shampoo available at the front desk. I also did not like that we were charged $20 more one night (a Monday) for the same room. Also, the shower drain didn't drain very well.

This Motel 6 is awesome. I have stayed here often, it is a preferred spot when I visit the Bay Area, I don’t even mind having to travel a little ways out from where I am going to stay here. The location is great, and the BART is very close by. The rooms have been recently remodeled. It had been several years since I’ve stayed here and recently I spent one night and I just have to say that Debby and Michelle are AWESOME! The service there was just exceptional all around. I ended up accidentally leaving some important things behind and both of them went above and beyond to find and return them to me. Their customer service is outstanding. I hope the owners and upper management will give them recognition for the great job they are doing.

The room was great and clean. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly, and there was coffee available at the front desk every morning. About a 15 minute walk to BART. My main drawbacks were that the shower drained too slowly, so water would pool at my feet, no shampoo or conditioner was provided, and there were leaves in the pool. Overall it was a good value and there was no major issues.

We’ve stayed here several times in the past few years, and in our experience it’s the best Motel 6 in the Greater Bay Area and perfect for folks like us on a budget and with a cat. The location is great, plenty of food options are reasonably nearby, and so is BART and the Iron Horse trail if you want to take a nice walk. In our experience, staff and management really have their act together, as do housekeeping (our room was nice and neat and we got plenty of towels/TP/soap when we asked for a refresh). Nice too that the Walnut Creek police regularly come by to make sure all is well. Special kudos to Ainsley, who checked us in and was overall wonderful when we had questions or requests.
